How long have you been at work on this book?
It is a revision of Dr. Susan's Kids-Only Weight Loss Guide, with added sections for parents of teens and some innovative updates, checklists and eating out guides.
How did the idea originate?
After writing Dr. Susan's Girls-Only Weight Loss Guide, so many parents asked for a book to help with their younger kids, that I obliged.
Did the book entail any unusual writing habits or places?
I had a dozen parents help me write the book, so I had to email them the chapters all over the country for feedback and critique.
