Becky Sue  Epstein Becky Sue Epstein is an experienced editor, broadcaster and consultant in the fields of wine, spirits, food and travel. Currently she is based in New England and is an editor at several national publications travel including: Senior Editor, Wine & Spirits for Intermezzo Magazine, Contributing Editor for The Tasting Panel and Editor at . These positions require a substantial – yet enjoyable -- amount of worldwide wine- and spirits-related She began her career as a restaurant reviewer for the Los Angeles Times while working in film and television during the 1980s and early 1990s. In between trips, tastings and events, Epstein writes books. The American Lighthouse Cookbook, was published in September 2009 (Sourcebooks/Cumberland, co-written with Chef Ed Jackson). A new edition of her classic kitchen reference Substituting Ingredients was published in June 2010, and she is now finishing a book on the history of champagne and sparking wine.
